At each of Communitas’ homes, a safe and secure home-like environment is provided for individuals with developmental disabilities who require full-time care.

Residents are treated with respect and dignity and experience life as fully as possible. They are supported and encouraged to participate within the home and community to the best of their abilities.

Family members are an integral part of a resident’s life. Wherever and whenever possible, they are included in helping meet the unique needs of the resident.

Homes are located on Vancouver Island, throughout the Lower Mainland and in the Okanagan area of British Columbia.
