Choices and Connections is a leisure, recreation and activity program for people who have developmental disabilities. Some of the activities include:

• Social connections with peers and other people in the community
• Exercise, crafts, singing and games and may include special group outings such as going to a movie, visiting the library, swimming or bowling
• Learning life skills such as cooking and doing the laundry or how to use a computer
• Volunteer programs in the community

Individuals are able to develop friendships with their peers. They also make a positive contribution to their community through volunteering.
